Ever found yourself with not enough fabric to make the item you want?
Do you have an expensive fabric that you can't afford to make the full garment from?
Do you have tea towels and old napery that you would like to up cycle into a garment?
This 2 series class helps you design and make your garment.
Taught by Kate Gordon
Please bring
- your sewing machine and its accessories
- trace n toile / pattern trace / light weight non iron interfacing / pattern paper so that you can cut your patterm (options aviable in store)
- standard sewing foot
- Thread and bobbin to match your fabrics
- general sewing supplies, pins, clips, scissors, marking pen etc
- the garment pattern you would like to make
- the fabric you would like to use - washed and ironed
Please note more difficult patterns will require home work and possibly extra classes.
If you don't have any of the above items they are available to purchase in store.
